If you are anxiously awaiting the release of BioWare’s “Mass Effect 2,” then you will only have to wait another three months and change! The game will get a January 26, 2010 release in the United States. The European release is set for a few days later– January 29th. Sorry– no chance of a “Mass Effect” under the Christmas Tree!
If you have never heard of “Mass Effect,” then you need to run to a store and pick up the original game RIGHT NOW. Just kidding. But if you like sci-fi RPGs, you really should check it out.

Nice timing there. Remember “back in the day” when people put their games out in time for the holidays?
Between this and Bioshock 2 (which comes out in February), I guess I’ll only be getting a lump of coal in my stocking.
