IDW Publishing is making things happen. We first we wrote about them and their partnership with EA games to make comics, including Army Of Two and Dragon Age. And we’ve since heard good things about them.

Now they just announced a new partnership with HBO to publish True Blood comics.

Clearly IDW is getting good at landing comic adaptation deals.

The Sci-Guys have a soft spot for True Blood, but I think this could really go south, if not done right.  The subject and tone are pretty close to shlock as it is.  I Hope these guys can pull this off!
