If you don’t recognize Olivia Wilde… start memorizing.  She’ll be in a couple of movies the Sci-Guys will be talking about in the months ahead.

Tron Legacy will be coming out at the end of the year, and Ms. Wilde will play the role of Quorra.  Quorra is described as a confidant of Flynn, the original hero in Tron.  From early previews, it looks like Quorra will be kicking some virtual ass, and looking good while doing it.

Cowboys & Aliens is still filming, but we know that Wilde has been cast as a sidekick for Daniel Craig’s alien-invasion-fighting-cowboy hero.  Wilde will play the part of Ella, and early reports seem to indicate that she will not just be pretty window dressing.

If you still can’t get enough of her, go check out the TV series “House.”  She’s currently playing the role of Dr. Remy Hadley… does she make house calls?

With two movies in the Sci-Guys wheelhouse and a successful TV show, Olivia Wilde is Sci-Guy-Mike’s Sci-Crush for the month of August.
