We feel the same way about V and The Cape. Very shaky ground, both of them.
Very jazzed by Young Justice so far because of its quality, but I’m not too happy about the way the show was introduced with all males. LAME.

I’m usually pretty patient when it comes to TV pilots, but I was staggered at just how inept and unprofessional The Cape was. Gave up on V as I can’t work out how something with such a goofy premise can be so very dull.
Mike mentioned Wolverine and the X-Men — I reckon it’s really good once it finds its feet about 1/3 of the way in. And the ending’s a fantastic setup for a season 2 that will apparently not be made.

It is really hard to be a SciFi fan. So many good ideas get left half-finished – usually after it finally finds its footing long enough to prove to the fans how good it *could* be.
The Cape really is goofy, but at least I don’t know exactly where the story is going. V finally revealed its agenda and…bleh. Babies. Sorry about Wolverine. I have it in my endless Netflix queue, but maybe I’ll delete it and save myself the heartbreak.
