   Something tells me that you kept me as a listener for the bleep. ~_^

   Honestly, as enchanted as I was by the original 3 Star Wars films, no matter what came next in the Star Wars Universe, it was always about *those* characters for me. I was stunned at Lucas trying to tell Anakin’s story, because we know where he ends up – super dark for too many years. So, I could never root for Anakin, which really only left me Obi-Wan, and there was something about the way McGregor played him that left me cold. I was all for Qui-gon for about 5 minutes and then he died. By the time we got to the last movie – Revenge of the Sith, right? – I hated Ev-Er-Y-One. Amidala, especially, can bite me. She has two kids and dies of a broken heart? PLEASE. She was no Princess Leia!

   I used to think it would be unbearable to see the Episodes 4 – 6 remade, but now I think it might be the only way to get me back on board. I want my Luke, Leia, and Han. And I want Episodes 7-9 made immediately after so we can continue to see how LL&H rebuild the universe. For me, Lucas’ biggest mistake was not moving on to 7-9 when the actors were still young enough to continue playing their characters. Episodes 1 – 3 are unwatchable.

   Someone should have shot all those damn Marvel comics. Those were the best stories!
