I very much liked the Short Shorts this week. I am a statistics geek and it was interesting to know that 1 million words is the author’s training space.
I didn’t like Kick-Ass 1, and it had nothing to do with the cursing, but the hyper-reality violence. The movie seemed to be trying to be a live-action adult video game, and I’d much rather see that kind of violence animated. I think the first movie’s problem was also that it straddled the line between a heightened reality and regular reality. If a movie is over-the-top all the way through, I can roll with it. If there’s one scene over-the-top to highlight a point, I’m still good. When I can’t tell the difference between over-the-top and regular storytelling, I have a problem with it. I don’t have much faith that KA2 improved on this issue.
We loved World’s End for all the reasons you didn’t mention. In fact, I don’t think we’ve been to see a movie since. Bleh.
Its difficult that i can uncover helpful weblogs at present when my spouse and i noticed this i recognized i was from the correct position, My partner and i ultimately have time to clean the property.lol Your current the lifesaver.
I should admit that this really is 1 wonderful insight. It surely gives a company the opportunity to get in on the ground floor and truly take part in creating something particular and tailored to their needs.
