In an attempt to get you to know that the movie actually know it exists, IFC.com has put the beginning of Moon on-line. Our Sci-Guy pick of 2009 is a MUST SEE. It’s out on DVD/Blu-Ray now.
One of the most striking parts of the movie “Moon” was its stark piano driven soundtrack. The soundtrack will be available on July 20th (on LP too!), according to composer Clint Mansell’s Myspace page. In the meantime, you can listen to the track “Welcome to Lunar Industries (Three Year Stretch)” on his page.

This is probably not news to anyone other than the Sci-Bot-9000, but I just saw this trailer for the first time today. Maybe it is my 2001: A Space Odyssey love, but this is probably my most anticipated movie of the summer now, just based on this trailer.
